Terry Power – CEO
Terry Power is the CEO of Horizon Occupational Health Services and brings a wealth of industry experience to Horizon including more than 7 years as the Canadian leader of one of the world’s largest staffing and HR solutions firms. Mr. Power has lead the growth of several organizations over his 15 years of leadership experience, ranging from private equity-owned firms to the Canadian operations of multi-nationals. In addition to his industry leadership, Mr. Power is also active in many not-for-profit endeavors. He is President of the Board for The Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity which provides financial assistance to families with children who are seriously ill. He is Past-President of the Board for Sky’s The Limit Youth Organization which provides refurbished notebook computers to under-privileged children and their families across Canada. He is also a Board member of the Michael Pinball Clemons Foundation which helps to provide education, healthcare, and hope to children at home and abroad. Mr. Power is a graduate of the College of The North Atlantic in St. John’s, Newfoundland, as well as a graduate of The Ivey Leadership Program at Western University. He and his wife Doreen have lived across Canada and currently call St. John’s home
Asif Latif – Vice President CPS
Asif Graduated as a physician (MD) from Grodno State Medical University in 2001. He worked in the Brest City Ambulance services (Belarus) as a Physician from 2002-2006. From 2003-2006 he was leading the ICU and ambulance department. In 2009 Asif joined Canadian Paramedical Services as the Operations Manager. With his experience and dedication he quickly moved up within the company becoming the Vice President. Over the past 9 years while leading CPS Asif has continually increased productivity while garnering more clients and business. This is in large part due to the authority his expertise affords him with clients and in the field.

Eric Hansplant – EMT Operations Manager CPS
Eric Hansplant has been the Operations Manager for Canadian Paramedical Services Inc since the fall of 2013. He has been in the Emergency Medical Field since 2009. Getting his start in the medical field with St John Ambulance he quickly rose through the ranks and became the acting Corporal for Transportation Operations. Fast forward a few years and he is now the Operations Manager for CPS. Maintaining our vehicles, medical stock, and overseeing the staff, Eric takes on all duties he is tasked with a natural ease. Constantly learning and improving is the model Eric uses to embody this key role under the tutelage and mentorship of Asif Latif.
